Force identification simply by uniform and camouflage is a thing of the past with everyone and their babushka wearing MultiCam. Clearly there are other means possible, but it is quite ironic that a camouflage developed to be utilized in all terrains is not being worn by military units across the globe. Obviously if the U.S. Army can wear a knock off, anyone can and avoid paying the licensing fee to the most popular pattern outside of Canada, well hell they probably have folks wearing it as well. Here is a shot put forth by Konstantin Lazarev of a secret squirrel unit out of Russia. They may still be grasping to their AK's, but clearly everything else in their loadout is fair game for a western modernization.
