“All watches are dry tested, wet tested, tested for humidity, and our cases are tested beyond ISO standards for 300m water resistance, even though our watches are marked 200m.”  They are both as dressy and casual as they are durable, and sure to please and delight the most discriminating watch enthusiast.

Both watches are offered each in two finishes – tungsten DLC and PVD Flat Dark Earth, applied by IonBond in Greensboro, NC.  “We believe that we may be the first brand to offer a watch in the Flat Dark Earth color,” states Carey.  “The Flat Dark Earth color is very popular in the military and tactical community and is used on a variety of their gear.”  While the finishes vary, both MM01 and MM02 models share these features in common:

§  Stainless steel case back
§  2.5mm “fat” spring bars
§  Anti-reflective coating on the inside of the crystal
§  Sapphire crystal,
§  ETA 955.112 Swiss movements
§  Luminous hands and dial.
§  200 meter water resistance.
§  Both watches come with two high quality Zulu/NATO straps
Minuteman Watches has begun offering the same Zulu/NATO straps as a stand-alone product, with 25% of the profit also going to charities that benefit veterans and their families.  “We did this in the hope of raising even more money for veterans as this offers a product at a price which a lot more people can afford,” says Carey.

As an added touch of value, for each watch that Minuteman sells, 25% of the profits go to a charity that assists veterans and their families.  Thomas Carey has a special appreciation for those in the military, firefighters, law enforcement, EMS, and other civic duty personnel so it was fitting that he made it a part of Minuteman’s mission statement to donate a portion of their sales to organizations who help those who help us, and to keep this country free and safe.  “We recently sent $5,000.00 to the Gary Sinise Foundation which was from funds generated from the sale of our 1st production models,” beams Carey.  When you support Minuteman Watches, you are also helping to support true American heroes who freely give of themselves to make our country a better place to live.
