Propper Army Combat Pant

Propper International was one of the three manufacturers selected to manufacture the new Army Combat Pant. We have included the latest stock photos of the new issued combat pant, which was developed through extensive field trials in Afghanistan to provide the latest in FR fabric technology

The Propper ACP is based on Crye Precision's design and utilizes Tencate Defender M 6.2 oz. Ripstop FR. Defender M is a military combat fabric that includes superior flame resistance with the Lenzing FR fiber, which also breathes well and wicks moisture away from the body for improved cooling and comfort. The fabric is also developed for durability to match the qualities of 50/50 NYCO and also provides resistance to abrasion, ripping, and color fade.

Combat Pant Knee Pad Insert
The Propper Army Combat Pant includes the most noticeable attribute to the Crye Combat Pant with the patented knee pad insert and utilizes the MultiCam camouflage pattern. All final specs have not yet been released, since the latest field testing, however the Army has given guidance for buttoned pockets and a zipper fly.

The U.S. Army has also requested that the pocket for the knee pad insert be closed with a flap when the pads are not in use. Overall you can see many similarities to the Crye Precision G3 Combat Pants. Delivery dates are still to be determined, but we will provide additional coverage and updates for when the new Army Combat Pant will be available for ordering at
