Heatstick: Heat Water On the Go

Outdoor enthusiasts and those professionals that rely on quality equipment out in the field know the importance of a good heating element. Jetboil and other great lightweight stoves have provided an easy means for boiling water, which on its own can be an essential to a good meal while out in the elements. Setting this equipment up and putting it to use is not that complicated, but there is always room for improvement.

What impressed us about Heatgear's Heatstick and complementing Fuelstick is the ability to boil water on the go. Their product is built with a half or full liter option depending on your needs, but giving the cost, you may as well go big. This video helps explain it all, but essentially you have a self contained solution to boiling water as you need it under any conditions.

Of course innovation comes at a price and this packs it in at over $400. Many will find it well worth it if they are going to put it to good use, especially when out in the field for an extended period of time.
