Halo for Freedom Warrior Foundation Hog Hunt

The President and Founder of KLOAK was on hand at the Wounded Warrior Hog Hunt, which was hosted by the HALO for Freedom Warrior Foundation. He shared some of the photos from the event that took place earlier this month which included several distinguished veterans who were on hand for the hunt. This was a two full day all inclusive event for those veterans invited. Wild Hogs have become a widespread nuisance in parts of Texas and twenty-five Active Duty and Veterans were on hand to help cull the problem.

This shot catches Medal of Honor recipient Leroy Petrie with Steve Johnson and Dana Bowman who is the President of the HALO for Freedom Warrior Foundation and also a Veteran and member of the U.S. Army's Golden Knights Parachute team. Dana is a double amputee who helps conquer adversity through his own story and determination. The hunters utilize helicopters during the hunt which have been the approval of the state due to gravity of the problem for landowners.

Here is Steve with Calvin Spann (center) who flew with the Redtails of the 332nd Fighter Group during World War Two. They were later famously known as the Tuskegee Airmen. They are accompanied by Pat Doyle from Ford.

Finally you have the end result of a good hunt. Clearly it was a fruitful event for those that got to bag some hogs in the process.

Thanks to Steven Johnson from KLOAK for sharing his photos. They will be releasing some clothing using their KLOAK Koncealment Konbat patterns this summer including the Kanyon variant shown on his own outfit during the event.
