Canada Does Away with Long Gun Registry

Being down in the United States, many can appreciate the recent legislation to loosen cumbersome gun regulation. Down here in Arizona the congress stopped  any regulation of silencer use while hunting with many other states seeking to pass through similar bills. We also got rid of the provision keeping magazine size to a minimum while hunting. Apparently pro-gun sentiment is equally felt by many of our Canadian neighbors to the North, where they face an even harsher stranglehold on gun rights. This video sums up the dismissal of the long gun registry quite well.
