Air Force Digital Tiger Stripe Camouflage Guitar

You can throw camouflage on anything these days and make a fashion statement, but when you are honoring those that wore the colors, it takes on a whole different meaning. The guitar shown in the photo was created in memory of the eight Airmen and contractor whom were killed by an Afghan Air Force Officer a year ago this week. It features the same Digital Tiger Stripe pattern on the Airman Battle Uniform.

The guitar was a collaborative project with an Air Force Major who knew three of the Airmen killed,  along with the band Lilian Axe's lead guitarist, which had the guitar constructed by a guitar manufacturer who donated his time. The guitar will be touring with the band and later raffled off with the funds going to help the families who lost their loved ones in the incident. The video provides the full story with some more looks at the Air Force guitar.
