M&P™ Technical Outerwear by WT Tactical

We had touched on Smith & Wesson's M&P Brand apparel, which we first saw at SHOT Show this year. You had to be locked up in a bunker to not see the wide range of firearms now available with the M&P brand standard developed for military personnel and law enforcement officers.

It was great to be able to see and shoot some of their rifles including the new M&P15 VTAC II shown in the photo below. Smith & Wesson's latest announcement of a new addition to the line next month has drawn a lot of intrigue and speculation across the board as to what it may be. So, it was exciting for us to see that WT Tactical now has their M&P™ Technical Outerwear available for purchase.

The M&P™ brand clothing was licensed and designed by the high performance outerwear manufacturer Wild Things for law enforcement and is based on their WT Tactical line of clothing. Our friends at the BOLO Report gave us the rundown on the new offering that is soon to be released for direct purchase from WT Tactical and their distributors.

Each product has its own unique features and provides function and protection for the conditions faced by  law enforcement on a daily basis. Officers can choose the clothing that best fits their individual needs which can vary by region. The M&P Nevada Jacket is an insulated soft shell that foregoes the sleeve pockets as seen on the other jackets for a discreet aesthetic, but does feature two chest pockets that are lined with 500 Denier Nylon for concealed carry with access from under a vest.

The specs are provided in the 2012 Work book below, so you can see exactly what works best for you. WT Tactical has exacting standard when it comes to the quality control of their products and is now offering the M&P Technical Outerwear at a great value.
