Icebreaker Knows Their Wool Intimately

We have all heard of the vast sheep population outnumbering Kiwis in New Zealand, so it comes as no surprise that the domestic clothing manufacturer Icebreaker has found a way to "take advantage" of the superb Merino wool. It turns out that hooves and horns don't scare these folks and rolling up your sleeves is one way to snag some great deals on their high quality performance layers.

At several of their nationwide (New Zealand) stores you can take a "Lucky Dip" into the Merino Sheep's hind end and snag a beanie or $30 off certificate. Now if that is not acquainting yourself intimately with the product, I don't know what is. Luckily they were nice enough to provide large scale models of the sheep rather than the real deal. Though the later would certainly make you earn your prize, though some may consider that the real gift.
