I don't speak Korean, but it seems this is some kind of hostage retrieval simulation video promoting the Republic of Korea's (South), Navy SEALs team. You can make up your own commentary if you wish.
MultiCam camouflage is spreading like wildfire on military uniforms around the world and the Special Forces are always known to snag it first. This is a great video with some rocking background music for an overall feel good experience. From what I gather Byung Kim, the SEAL seen pulling the hostage along, later married the hostage.
